Bohogenic provides AI-powered lifestyle product photography services for Etsy sellers. We create lifestyle images to help showcase your products in attractive, styled environments.

2. Free Sample Terms

• Free samples are limited to one per Etsy shop
• Delivery within 48 hours
• Sample includes light watermark and 1200px resolution
• Must meet eligibility requirements (20+ sales or case study agreement)

3. Paid Services

• $5 Rush service: 1-3 images, 6-12 hour delivery, no watermark
• Package deals: Bulk pricing for multiple images
• All paid services include commercial usage rights for your Etsy listings

4. Usage Rights

Images provided are for commercial use on your own Etsy listings only. Rights are non-transferable and do not include resale or redistribution.

5. Quality & Delivery

• We strive for high-quality, professional results
• One round of minor revisions included for paid services
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during high demand

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide clear, high-quality product photos
• Ensure you own rights to submitted product images
• Use images in accordance with granted usage rights

7. Limitation of Liability

Bohogenic's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages or loss of profits.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
